The hospital spans an area of 1.87 lakh square feet and is being developed by the Public Works Department (PWD) of Maharashtra. The scope of work includes pre-execution services, architectural, and structural design. The hospital's configuration features two basements, a ground floor, and five upper floors, offering specialized medical services for mothers and children.
