Dr. Himanshu M.Raje, Director
Dr. Raje has more than 45 years of hands on experience in structural designing. Imbibed by the rare qualities of values and workmanship Dr. Raje has built up an enviable association with blue chip clients: Reliance Industries, Tata Group, Larsen & Toubro, HDIL and Government of India. His overseas endeavours include fruitful associations with ARTEC engineers and Toyo Engg. Ltd.; building the King Khalid Expressway and International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Extreme engineering, a passion for Dr. Raje and an inspiration for his team saw all divisions of the company leapfrog ahead of its competition, at short notice. An ardent believer in the philosophy of giving back to society, Dr. Raje has served on the board of Shivaji University, Maharashtra and Sardar Patel College of Engineering.
Varun H Raje, Managing Director
Mr. Varun Raje spearheaded the project and construction management division of the company since its incorporation from the year 2007. An alumnus of prestigious IIT Bombay and an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the construction and real estate industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Value Engineering, Project Control, Project Estimation, Quality & Safety, Project Execution, and Feasibility Studies. Strong professional with a PGDBM focused on Business, Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and M.Tech from IIT, Bombay in the field of construction management. Mr. Varun has 15+ years of experience and has been associated with projects with a combined value of Rs. 3000 Crores and more than 50 million square feet of construction.
Brig. Bhalla VSM, Executive Director
A very competent engineer [B.E (Civil)] with an experience of more than 45 years in construction industry in the Project Management stream. He had prestigious appointments in India & Abroad. He has served on the board of Dynamix Dairies and many other real estate companies in Mumbai. He was appointed by Indian Military under the Government of India program to spearhead the construction of highways in Bhutan. Having handled Infrastructure Projects involving Roads, Highways, and Bridges, he has also managed Townships, High-rise Residential & Commercial Buildings. He was the leading member for the construction of high rise buildings using aluminum formwork technology for the first time in Mumbai.
Col. Manohar Gurnani, Director - Technical
Col. Manohar Gurnani has an experience of over 40 years, in successfully leading multi-level, multi-dimensional & varied organizations in most challenging environment over difficult geographies to ensure achievement of set goals in the field of Design, planning, development & maintenance of integrated townships to include high rise buildings & allied infrastructure, fabrication & erection of tall mast high support, Developing and implementation of Quality Assurance plans for all projects, construction and maintenance of hill roads, air fields. Highly skilled in swiftly ramping up projects to ensure set deliverables are achieved. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Professional excellence in project management in all the above works including a Five Star Hotel Project at Mumbai.
Bapu Bharitkar, Associate
Mr. Bapu Bharitkar has been an integral part of the company from 2005. With an experience of more than 18 years to his credit, he has fashioned varied Projects; Malls, Townships, Multi-storeyed Buildings, Factories, Hotels & Engineering Colleges. He spear headed our project 'Tata Housing at Mulund' a mega township which was completed in record time of 24 months. He has expertise in detailed analysis, design, inspections and assessments.
M. H. Makandar, Vice President - Projects
Mr. Mohddinsha H. Makandar has a wealth of experience in the construction and engineering industry, spanning several decades and covering diverse projects across India. His work has involved prestigious projects, including hotels, multiplexes, smart cities, commercial complexes, power stations, monorail, railway stations, dams, airports and more. He has performed his duties in full capacity as a Project Director on some of the major projects like Mono Rail, Middle Vaitarna Dam, Sikkim, Shirdi and Solapur Airport Projects. With a strong track record of project management, civil engineering, and site engineering, Mr. Makandar has demonstrated his expertise and versatility in delivering successful outcomes for various organizations and clients.
Uvaraj Phalke, General Manager - Civil
Mr. Uvaraj Phalake has more than 25 years of experience in Engineering Consultancy Services. He has held position of Senior Manager and Head of Contracts & QS Department, pavement design works. He has been instrumental in development of Sea port sector in India while working with multinational company "Mott MacDonald" for about 20 years. Having worked for projects as Senior Manager involving multi-disciplinary consultancy services. Expertise in Cost Management and Contracts/ Tenders.
Tanmay Raje, Sr. Design Engineer
Mr. Tanmay Raje has been an integral part of the company from 2015. With an experience of more than 8 years to his credit, he has fashioned varied Projects; Malls, Townships, Multi-storeyed Buildings, Factories, Hotels. He has worked on major structural repairs of heritage structures and completed them in record time. He spear headed our project for Reconstruction of Earthquake Affected School for 'Tata Trust" located at Nepal with association of "Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha". He has completed designing Industrial Shed for Tata Steel in record time. He is well versed with software packages like ETABS, STAAD, and SAFE.
